If you're not satisfied with Prime Elite, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge and we'll issue a complete refund — no questions asked.

SmartCast Pro includes the same 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Request a full refund within 7 days of your initial SmartCast Pro charge for a complete refund.

Physical goods purchased through SmartScan Direct are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or was shipped in error by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.
Email support@real-smartscan.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address within 2 business days.
Package the item securely with all original contents and write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided.
Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
Upon approval, a full refund (less return shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@real-smartscan.com with photos of the damage. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. For subscription refund requests within the 7-day window, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We process legitimate refund requests quickly, and chargebacks can delay resolution. Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
